Terms & Conditions

Due to ATF regulations, all National Firearms Act (NFA) items, including our suppressors, must be transferred to the purchaser through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer with a Special Occupational Tax (SOT) status in the purchaser’s home state.

Purchase Process

1. Within 48 hours of your purchase:

   Provide the FFL/SOT number of your local dealer to domingo@carbonresearchusa.com.

2. When your item is ready for shipment:

   Carbon Research USA will submit a Form 3 to the ATF’s NFA branch to transfer the item to your local dealer. This process typically takes 10–30 days.

3. Upon approval of the Form 3:

   The item will be shipped to your local dealer.

4. Your local dealer will submit a Form 4:

   To the ATF to transfer the item to you. Processing times for Form 4 vary and can be checked at the ATF website.
